I Went for a yoghurt on a v hot day.confusion and post covid brain fog resulted in me accidentally taking my 10£ note back with the change Shervin gave me. Although, I spent 5 minutes there after the mix up asking if i could eat in. He insisted that I leave as he is tired and eager to close his shop. Neither of us realised what had happened. I walked away and sat on a bench nearby to have my yoghurt that Shervin sneaked up on me and said, "you took my 5£, I have it on cctv!" In the state of shock of being accused I realised instantly that I might have mistakenly done it, I returned his 5£. And he ran off in anger and sheer arrogance. When the reality sank in of what just happened I went back to his shop to clarify the situation. He had already closed. I emailed and messaged him. His reply was instant saying yoghurt is on the house and he accepts my mistake. I specially went back paid him 5£ 50p for the yoghurt and advised him to seek some professional people skills help asap. His public harrasmnet of me could have resulted in him being persecuted on many levels. It's a good thing I'm not an egoistic or a revengeful person. Not everything is about money! The place looks cool like most Hampstead places to do, as is the person working here who was intelligent and amiable.

We were bit concerned that they sell so many different things such as yogurt, omelettes, tacos as well as poke so each dish may not be perfect. It was also quite a long wait for the food.

Once we have once we went around the screen to see him making it like an artist, so of course it really was a masterpiece, he shouldn't be rushed and we understood.

There were lots of different ingredients, each one also had a sauce and the result was a proper meal and not some takeaway fast food.

We like that he was honest that he had not much rice left over so it would be more salad than usual.

Also that a local person came in for a chat even though they weren't buying anything were also greeted kindly.

All these things and the good food made it a genuine full five stars in a way that a personable experience really makes...

I came here with my two friends (Friday 5th) and we were the only ones in the cafe. The lady serving us was polite enough and the food was very fresh and tasty. However, there were 3-4 large flies buzzing around us while we were eating our food and we had to keep hitting them away from our food. The lady saw multiple times that this was happening (for a good 30 minutes continuously!) and did nothing to help us, just instead carried on taking calls on her personal phone. If that were me, I would have got them out and then closed the door. Unfortunately I now have a bad stomach the day after eating it. My friend said she saw the flies buzzing around the lady while she was preparing the food so it is entirely possible that they were on it before it came to us.

Not good service and unhygienic. For the price you pay you would expect...
