FOOD AND DRINK- The drink was amazing! It was a really nice and creative concept with the pouch, although I was struggling to open it 😂😂. You could really get a strong hit of blueberries and raspberries and a matcha flavour? Not sure if it was just my taste buds but it definitely fit in!! Now for the mains, the fried chicken was made to perfection. It was fried at perfect time, it showed because the batter was soo crispy! The chicken inside was perfectly tender and felt like it was falling off the bone! The chips were nothing less of amazing quality with them being crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. Everyone else on my table got different food but all wanted bites of mine because of how good it was :))

SERVICE: The woman at the counter (not sure of her name) was very helpful and told me all the halal options and recommended some of the unique drinks they had. The food came very quickly.

ATMOSPHERE: This was no dislike to Seoul bird I’m just not a fan of Westfield White City and like Stratford much more, but I think Seoul Bird made me like White City more!

Will definitely be coming back if I come near...

Want to give 5 stars but can't. Came here on Saturday and ordered whole thighs, whole wings, signature Seoul burger, kimchi Mac n cheese and tater tots with 3 sauces. They gave us two plates of chicken wings and missed the gochujang mayo.

Aside from giving us two sets of chicken wings, the wings were good. Batter was delicious, tasted better than it looks and the meat still juicy. The Mac and cheese was quite liquidy, not the gooey cheese I was expecting but nice. Tater tots were yum and I'd probably order those again. Chicken burger was average. We chose the ice lemon green tea which was very refreshing and come in these aesthetically pleasing bags.

The biggest deal breaker was that the chicken was advertised as Halal, HOWEVER their batter contains alcohol which at the time I did not know and neither did my friend who is Muslim. Thank you Seoul Bird for wanting to find out more from me. I think your menu is just not as exciting, the choice of food also was limited and hard to imagine. They are also not best representation of the typical Korean food choice. A bit unusual to eat a burger made by Korean dishes... Also, unfortunately your setting is situated right next to Mr Chow, and they are one of the Best Chinese/Asian food around among in Westfield. You are having a hard time to complete the food choice right next to something that's so simulating, exciting, delicious and interesting. May be you need to re-work on the choice from your menu, or re-wording the food, or put more pictures to showcase the menu, or lower down the price on your food choice to attract more customers to try. If I only visit not very frequently, then I can't afford to choose the wrong food choice. I want to know what I am eating and they are delicious. At the moment, I don't feel that excitement from Seoul Bird's...
