I ordered from Tops Pizza Islington on a rainy Friday night after a long week, and let me tell you, this was exactly the pick me up I needed! From the first bite, I was hooked. I ordered a large Margherita and a BBQ chicken pizza, and they both arrived hot, fresh, and smelled absolutely divine.

The dough was perfectly fluffy with just the right amount of chew, and the tomato sauce tasted so fresh not too sweet, not too salty just a burst of real tomato flavor in every bite. And the cheese! Oh, the cheese was gooey, stretchy, and exactly what you want when you think of perfect pizza. The BBQ chicken was topped generously with juicy chicken pieces, and the smoky BBQ sauce had this incredible depth of flavor that really made it special.

Delivery was prompt, and the driver was so friendly and cheerful, even in the cold and rain! You can tell they care about every detail – from quality ingredients to excellent service. This is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in London, and I’m definitely becoming a regular at Tops Pizza Islington. Honestly the worst place for pizza. I remember when I moved into the area, I was looking for good quality food and topps pizza at first provided it. However over the last couple of months standards have dropped; it’s become so bad that I would literally pay you to not purchase anything. If I could I wouldn’t of given it any ratings but I mean I have to give it one for the delivery of food everything else poor. Many reasons why but the one which sticks out is the pizza itself, the temperature and texture is not the one I remember. Finally I would rather purchase 5 meal deals down the road at Tesco and share 4 with people in need rather than waiting for food I know isn’t up to standards. Please if there is a place to purchase pizza for yourself or family think twice and search for nearby stores that offer...

I ordered food to my address which is on the 4th floor of a block of flats, when the driver arrived he called me and stated that he could not come into the building as it was after midnight and for some reason this is against the law....? I told him that I couldn't come down and he rudely told me that I would have to.

I explained that I couldn't so he would just have to take the food and refund me he then told me that he wouldn't refund me as I had refused to take the food. I called the store and explained what had happened and they made the driver come back with the food, when I explained that the food was stone cold because it had been sitting outside for 15 minutes they could not have cared less.
