3 johns does a pint for a fiver and a margarita pizza for 6.50. Fairly unbeatable, especially considering how good the pizza is!
You're also not compromising at that price point like you may be in a chain pub, the staff are friendly, the vibe is good and the pub is clean. The rustic interior gives it a great boozer feel later in the evening, but it never seems to attract a rowdy crowd.
