So after needing a new harness for my Frenchie pup and saving up for a k9 harness I finally went to the pet shop with my pup in tow, the experience left me feeling like they just wasted my money. not only did the guy behind the counter seem like he didn't want help me, even after waiting 10 minutes while he flirted with the lady in front of me but as soon as it was my turn he was super unhelpful, both gentlemen where tbh. sold me cheaper harness as all the decent ones were all gone and showed no interest in helping me find a suitable alternative just in selling me one that was to small, over-priced and ( he wouldn't help me fit it properly to get the sizing right and once I clumsily tried it on her he then convinced me it was a perfect fit and that all I had to do was adjust the straps. Once home it became apparent that it was too small no matter how I fiddled with it, so now Bella has to wear it until next month when i can replace it I. Was also sold the most expensive dewormer and anti flea product despite me explaining that I couldn't afford much ended up charging me for the most expensive products. Was in London for the day (from Birmingham) so thought I’d grab some much needed pet products as I had 6 hours in the city. Checked store availability times and rang them multiple times to check they were defo open and that they had my product in stock. I was left on a ringing out phone on 3 separate occasions. I find this extremely unprofessional. Google said store was open, their website too & there was nothing on their site to say there was a closure due to an emergency. At least put a voicemail up if there was. I called at different points within an hour around 11am and still, just rang out till I couldn’t stand the AirPod in my ear any more.
