Twice As Nice — Restaurant in London

Went in to order a jerk meal with fry chicken on the side l! at this very deserted restaurant for the very 1st time and as I’m waiting patiently for my food I saw a MOUSE run pass the floor were the seating area is, I screamed out as it freaked me out... the one lady who works there who is kinda big came out and said what’s my problem I told her what I saw with my own two eyes and said politely I’m just going to cancel my order she was so desperate for my money and said no she’s already dishing up and started giving attitude and ready to cuss .. I then told her with her big horse teeth just give me back my money your shop is a disgrace and unclean for you to be having a mouse in it... in my many years of eating out I’ve never seen anything like that in my life... I’m so glad I didn’t eat from them cos looking at the fry chicken whiles I was waiting it looked as if it had been cremated... please don’t eat from this shop......

Wow... this place is shocking! (I don't mean pleasantly either!) I paid twenty Great British Pounds (£20!!!) for a small fish meal, small soup and x1 patty. The meal was tiny, yet somehow also the biggest let down... I had asked for "gravy" on my rice and returned home to find my food drenched in some knock off Chinese style sweet n sour sauce with a slight peppery kick. (The food also smelled a bit weird and i dread to think why....) Disgusting and ruined any chance of repeat custom. I am a big foodie and of course LOVE Jamaican food! But this right here is a NO for me. My Jamaican friends would cuss this place so bad! The guy serving was super friendly tho, hence the 1 star. But I didn't pay £20 for a friendly smile, so whatever. Honestly, the experience here was terrible. The lady serving me had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in — no professionalism at all. She looked like she didn’t even care to present herself properly, and the energy was just off. I ordered two festivals and when I bit into one, it was rock hard.
