Disappointing Experience – Unfriendly Atmosphere and Underwhelming Coffee

Easily one of the rudest establishments I've ever stepped into—and I don’t say that lightly. I don't leave bad reviews. While the staff wasn’t outright hostile to me, the overall atmosphere was far from welcoming. What stood out most was how other customers were treated.

I witnessed a man accidentally spill his drink and politely ask for a rag. Instead of receiving the kind of courteous service you’d expect at any decent café, he was met with clear annoyance. The barista reluctantly handed over a few paper towels, offered no assistance cleaning up, and certainly didn’t offer to remake the drink. When he mentioned this, he was brushed off with, “We have 10 other drinks to make.” They did offer to make him a new one after this. I guess that gives them some points but definitely wouldn't go to any other location because of this.

The coffee itself didn’t redeem the experience. My cappuccino was forgettable at best—flat in flavor and absolutely not worth the inflated price.
