New Vietnamese Cafe. Crispy pork banh mi was really nice! Freshly made, warm and all the ingredients tasted so fresh! I got this to takeaway but there is some seating inside/out. Very friendly authentic family feel to it. Staff were really friendly and even let me try an iced coffee sample - it was really nice, can’t wait to try this next time. Large selection of cafe drinks such as bubble tea, iced coffees, matcha etc. Will come back and may be my new lunch spot.

Edit: Came back a couple weeks later. Prices have all risen so a banh mi is now £9. Other stuff is really expensive now too. Also, the portion sizes have gone down (3 slices of thin pork in the whole sandwich). It’s sad to see the prices go up and the quality drop :(

I want to love this place because the food is quite authentic, but the restaurant misses on so many other levels that I would only order delivery going forward. After moving boxes aside and seating us at a dirty table, we ordered two bowls of pho and a papaya salad. We ordered the pho without onions, but it was made with onions. The re-order was sent in and only one bowl was brought out. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked about the second bowl and I was then told they had run out of fresh noodles and needed to boil more. We are locals and generally do take away. Sometimes the food is great but it just depends on the day. Today we had a bad experience and after a few over other bad experiences over the past few months we will not be getting anymore food from here, quite disappointing as we like to support our local restaurants. The food was below average, we ordered a beef pho, chicken wings, bao bun and dumplings. The pho was lukewarm, and the garnishes seemed old - the bean sprouts were brown, and everything else lacked seasoning and couldn’t be eaten. To top things off they gave out order to a deliveroo driver and didn’t provide any compensation for the mishap. We ended up waiting an hour...
