Wasabi Sushi & Bento — Restaurant in London

Nicest chain sushi place there is ( ones that are not properly authentic ) the food is very nice and the edamame is much nicer than another sushi place in the same area because it is not rock salt on it that numbs your mouth - it’s ground salt.

Me and my mum go there regularly, as well as it being the place where me and all my friends eat when we go shopping - but there are some things that could be fixed.

1. please add a simple salmon and avacado roll without the fish eggs. It is my favourite sushi but I haven’t dared to touch yours as I don’t like fish eggs and I know many others who don’t either.

2. seeing as you serve food, snacks and drinks having a bathroom is really important ; there have been multiple times where my family has gone somewhere else to eat because someone needed the toilet .

3. the snacks and drinks are crazily overpriced. They are half the price from boots ~ a shop 30 seconds away. You are loosing money when it comes to how many people get popcorn, water etc. Somewhere else. because of your price.

I was very disappointed this evening! I went with my friends to wasabi tonight after drinking because I knew that whatever you get was 50% off on the last half an hour before closure. We waited 40 Minutes (they saw us there) once we went to the till we were told that there was no 50% discount because it was a manager decision and it was random I asked them why you didn’t tell us before then and we wouldn’t waste our time, the manager showed me the bad reviews that they’ve had because of this and she said that was not her fault. I totally not understand how this people can just behave like this. Not understanding that unhappy customers means no customers and then means no money coming in. Instead of selling what left for half price they rather bin it! I will never go back to that place and also my friends. If you can’t provide it then don’t advertise it! Because you are failing your credibility!!!!!...

I have been here a number of times. Great service from staff and I have always enjoyed the very spicy sweet chicken that comes in a box with rice. I don't like sweet stuff due to a beer tooth. But I have had about 3 meals of this chicken. However, the last time I went there I picked up a box of chicken wings. From the hot section and they were cold. I tried to force myself to eat them without a fussy. Got to the second piece, my body couldn't handle it anymore. So I approached the counter, they were quick to apologise and replaced the wings, then they asked me a question that made me pause. "Are these ones hot?" I was asked. I thought the guy would check before asking me. Anyway I turned my hand to fill if there was any warmth. They were a little warmer. I know that hot food must be kept above 65 degrees celsius.
