West Reservoir Cafe — Restaurant in London

Visited this cafe 8 months ago and had a cappuccino. I'm a fussy coffee drinker and it wasn't up to scratch. Decided to revisit with a friend and show the view. We moved a couple of chairs from the cafe about 3 meters into the sunshine and was then approached by a brute of a man who was ment to be part of the waiting staff. He started shouting at us for moving the chairs, in a loud and aggressive tone and embarrassed is in front of other people. It's a pretty simple cafe in a perfect location. All I ever have is either a coffee or a beer and it's fine. However, I've always found the staff completely useless. Recent example, I got a beer and a asked for a glass or water. I was given the beer unopened, paid and then the server just walked off and didn't come back. Eventually she did and then seem perplexed as to why I was still there so I got my beer opened and asked for my water which I was reluctantly given. Lovely looking cafe looking over the reservoir in an otherwise ropey part of town, however the service is dog slow. I wanted to but just one can of drink. There were 4 people in front of me and it took nearly 25 mins to get served. The till server had no idea how to process requests quickly when people are waiting. The queue went out the door. My back was seizing up. Soooo much faff serving complicated coffees and protracted food orders for simple sandwiches. Needs more staff with more experience. Potential to be a cracking...
