Marina Fish Bar and best Kebab in town — Restaurant in Maidstone

I have been ordering from here for over 10 years and not once has the standard of service ever dropped. I both order in the shop and get delivery at times and in both occasions, I get my food at excellent quality at very fast time.

I have tried alternative take-aways at times but have always come back to these guys as the competition simply is not good enough.

I would also like to note that the guys inside are excellent, they treat you with respect and dignity and know how a customer should be treated. I have never had a complaint, but they continuously ask me if I’m happy with the service as part of their quality assurance process.

If you’re from Maidstone and never tried their food, you are missing out big time! Would recommend to anyone who wants a decent Fish or Kebab!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Food didn't turn up. Phoned the shop after 15 mins late to be told if was leaving then so fair enough waited another 15 mins even know the shop is a 5 min drive from my house it still hasn't left the man on the phone was very rude to me. so waited 10 mins and phoned just eat they phoned the shop and was told 5 mins still didn't turn up so cancelled the order for then 10 mins later for them to knock at my door with the order even tho I cancelled it. Last few times have ordered from here the food has been going down hill I will not give them another chance. AVOID...

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Ordered through Just Eat. Delivery driver was unable to find out address (it's a new build, I don't blame them), so called to ask for directions. I gave clear directions both over the phone and by text message. Eventually called the restaurant to ask where the order was, only to be told the delivery driver had finished for the day and gone home and I would need to contact Just Eat for a refund. Marina are now refusing to refund the order, despite not delivering the goods paid for. Avoid...
