DON’T COME TO THIS NIGHTCLUB if I could rate -5 stars if I would, how can a bouncer who’s probably never worn heels in his entire life shout at a girl and grab her by her arm hurting her as if she was a criminal just for taking her shoes off to try and find a seat cause her feet hurt and the material was cutting into her skin she could’ve fallen in those shoes and seriously hurt herself, a girl will not take her shoes off unless she absolutely can’t take it anymore and knows she can fall, the bouncers are sexist and probably racist too none of the other bouncers even bothered to listed to her they just treated her like trash when she was literally begging to be listened to you can’t blame her for having a panic attack after a man who’s 10x bigger than her verbally and physically attacked her for simply protecting herself as if she was being aggressive when she was literally willing to put her shoes back on but only when it was safe to do so which is sitting down away from the crowd he could’ve easily just calmly pointed her in the direction of where she could sit down instead of being such an unprofessional aggressive sorry excuse for a bouncer that is 100% not suited for the job and neither are the rest of the bouncers they were all rude and apathetic what if her heels actually accidentally broke and she couldn’t put them back on? She’d be automatically kicked out for that too? After she paid her own money? Oh and let me not get started on that cloak room where it’s £3 per item where literally every other club even better than this one will put two coats on one hanger absolutely ridiculous disgusting people and judging by the other reviews I am not the only one that has been through a similar situation and has the same opinion about this horrible place they all managed to ruin a girl’s awaited night out where like many other girls just wanted to be happy and feel pretty with her friends and get good memories your bouncers have no idea how to treat people specially the bouncer on the first floor on the night of the 21/06/19 you all should be ashamed of yourselves, if you’re looking for a sexist racist club with unprofessional bouncers that are gonna go off on you for stupid little things then you’ve found it and nothing that Ark could reply to this review can change my mind or contradict what I said because I have other witnesses, SHAME ON YOU

In response to the owners reply your bouncer was actually more dangerous for verbally and physically attacking a girl there is simply no excuse for that keeping her shoes on was also dangerous she could’ve fallen and hurt herself or someone else and she was also telling him that she was going to put them back on she just simply needed to sit down to again avoid a nasty fall there is absolutely no excuse for your bouncer’s behaviour...

Is there not an option for -5 star for this dog hole? First and last time I will visit due to the laughable events.

Ordered two drinks from the bar totalling £4. The small minded staff member then demanded I have to spend £10 to use my card. If he had any sense about him wouldn't he inform me of this prior to taking my order? He was highly rude taking an attempt to shout and talk down to me.

I was not going to be forced to spend more money after being spoken to so rudely so told him to forget the drinks (that can I mention I hadn't even taken or drank from) and began to walk out of the door.

To my surprise the manager then without calmly intervening to discuss what had gone on, aggressively took hold of my small wrists and began to drag me around! Leaving me bruised the following day.

He would not at any point let go of or loosen his grip on my wrist and made attempts to prevent me exiting. His reasons were that i 'stole' a drink...the two I hadn't even lifted from the bar!

He was abusive both verbally and physically with absolutely no reasoning for his actions.

Surely a bar that was 'so successful' wouldn't bat an eyelid over two wasted drinks in a bid to get the 'outrageously drunk customer' out?

He clearly has nothing better to do then try and get power happy on customers and play on the "you're drunk so they will believe me" card.

Both ladies and gentlemen i urge you to go elsewhere! I've seen multiple reviews informing how racist and sexist they are also, so why would you want to spend your money...

NEVER COME HERE unless you want to be assaulted for non justified reason. Came down for a night out and was assaulted for trying to bring DRINKS outside. 4 bouncers for 1 person which is very needed???? These bouncers need to see someone about anger issues or something wrong with them as they start putting people in heads locks and twisting their arm behind their back when they aren't even hitting them back or being aggressive, definitely on a power trip and think they are big men ganging up on individuals. Had comments made towards me when being assault saying you go gym yeh and telling people afterwards I could have kneed him in the face which was unnecessary and felt targeted. My mate who was a different race to me (White) was treated completely differently and he himself said so. My mate after I was assaulted asked for the bouncers name and SIA badge number and yet they refused to give both, the manager also said the same. As you can see in the picture they didn't have any form of visible ID which PROPER security personnel have and their body camera was off quite conveniently. Bouncers are clearly racist towards certain people. The manager Steve watched as I was assaulted and came up afterwards to tissues as if it was some sort of apology!!!! Police themselves say there are fights here all the time and they themselves wouldn't even come here. This place is a joke, and the other reviews clearly show that after how many complaints and nothing at all has been done...
