Beef Ribs Per Bone (≈420gr) - $25
Whole on the bone beef ribs, smoked for hours in our offset smoker to become as juicy, smoky and tender as possible. Served unglazed or glazed with our house barbeque sauce, to achieve a perfect caramelisation.
Smoked Turkey
Not your average dry turkey- premium cuts of turkey breast are smoked for hours in our offset smoker and rested in rich butter, ensuring they retain all their moisture, bring out their complex flavours and are given a unique smoky flavour.
Smoked Boneless Chicken - $6
Whole boneless chicken legs wrapped together with the skin, marinated and smoked in our offset smoker to achieve an incredibly tender and succulent meat and flavourful and crispy skin.
Texas Hot Links (Sausage) - $7

I recently had the immense pleasure of dining at Beef Smokehouse, and let me say this upfront – I came close to conquering the entire menu. From start to finish, every bite was an absolute triumph for me. The brisket was melt in the mouth tender, with just the right balance of smoke and seasoning. The smoked burger was a juicy, smoky tower of perfection, while the sub brisket was generously loaded and packed with flavour (My have been my fave bite) - Smoked turkey can often be dry, but not here – it was beautifully moist and delicately smoky. The boneless chicken was incredibly juicy, and the ribs were fall off the bone fantastic. As for the hot links, they brought just the right amount of heat and depth. I believe the owner himself makes these from scratch! The sides deserve just as much praise. I dont usually order fries as a side dish but glad I did. The tallow fries were unlike anything I’ve tasted – rich, crispy, and seasoned to perfection. The Mexican corn offered a lovely contrast with its creamy/ spicy balance, and the mac n cheese was comfort food elevated. To round it all off, the banana pudding was the perfect finish – sweet, light, and nostalgic, with a texture that felt like a hug in dessert form. Portions across the board were generous without being overbearing. The attention to detail in flavour, presentation, and preparation was clear in every dish. But what truly sealed the experience was the staff for me – warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they serve. If you’re a lover of smoked meats and hearty fare done exceptionally well, do yourself a favour and go. You’ll be planning your next visit before you’ve even left the table, I already am! My two year old especially enjoyed it so I will be back for our mama and daughter dates for sure!

“Having enjoyed beef dishes around the world, I can honestly say this venue’s beef takes the brisket.”

Manchester's newest joint serving the finest brisket beef that money can buy. The beef is the star of the show here, whether the succulent ribs or the briskets. Menu items can sell out fast on the day, once it's gone, it's gone. Certain items were sold out by 6pm, but you won't get informed whilst you are are waiting in the queue. Queues: We arrived at 5pm and waited exactly 90 minutes before being served anything, a booking system would be better. You're more likely to get a table if you come as a couple, as there are tables for 2 that usually free up, but food service is still too slow. Service: All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, can't fault the service considering the small size of the venue. Food: Briskets: Sold in 100g portions, I recommend buying at least 2/3 per person. They are the star of the show and literally melt in your mouth 😋 Ribs: Also great and worth every penny, sold in a 350g portion. Sausage: Very tasty with a spicy kick to it. Which is perfect for sausages. Chicken: I feel that the chicken was unnecessarily too spicy, a better seasoning can be used. Mac n Cheese: Very nice, not difficult to perfect. Fries: Natural, on the skin, large portions but too dry. Although ketchup is free. I feel that adding gravy would perfect the menu to counter the dryness. Tap water is served free, all drinks and cutlery are throw-away.

THIS IS NOT A RATING OF THE FOOD BUT OF THE SERVICE/EXPERIENCE OF THE MANAGEMENT.

We went last saturday, and the place was really busy, parking was a huge problem, but these things can be overlooked if the food was great.

We waited in a queue for about 25 minutes to be served and placed our order. The girl at the counter was very nice and polite, after we sat on our table, about 30 minutes later there was some trouble with what I assume was a previous customer who was annoyed, and eventually police were involved. What seemed as though may have calmed down after, one of the managers decided to close the restaurant, for the safety of his staff, and many of us were more than happy to comply and leave, but that's all we got from it, just a refund and a general 'sorry'.

I understand the situation and the safety of the staff is really important, however it would have been nice if the manager went that extra mile for many of us who were waiting almost an hour (there were about 4/5 other tables waiting for food and the rest of the restaurant were customers already eating) - This is especially considering that the stock in the restaurant is really low and they decide to close up on some days around 8-9pm - over two hours before their 'official' closing time, which means customers will have to queue up as soon as they open if they want a chance of eating here.

Management need to realise that people take time out of their day to travel and have to wait almost an hour to eat, only to be told that the restaurant is closing early because they sold out. So maybe either order more stock, or change your offical opening hours.

That being said, the food does look good, but as a customer I don't want to experience having to travel and then find out there's no food left - Oh yeah, it's walk-ins only, there's no booking system, and there is no telephone number (the number listed on google isn't answered), so customers are just gambling with their time to come...

For any Americans in the Manchester area (esp if you choose Halaal), this is a must-go place! It's a family-run business headed by Smokemaster, Zaman. Our only disappointment was that we did not go early enough to try all the offerings. They were out of almost all the meat offerings (including the already-legendary brisket) before we arrived at 8.30pm on a Sunday. Despite this, the hospitality was beyond brilliant. We were offered beef saugage, with chili and cheese...inpired, leaning towards dirty. The turkey was done with the proprietary rub with a peppery zing and complementing the tender meat perfectly. We saw some lucky table's prized brisket go past our table and our mouths were watering. The portion is generous, simply served and all the attention is on the flavour. We dare you to stop at one order per person of the tallow fries (uniquely cut to maximise coverage with your chosen dip). Zaman's brother-in-law, Hamad, served us while giving us the low down on the slow-cooked dedication and obsession with flavour and process that makes eating this food a primal pleasure perfected. The atmosphere is for people who take their meat seriously but who like a relaxed, warm vibe, where you can feel at home.

We tried to make this review short and snappy but there was too much to write home about. We plan to be there at 4.01pm to tour the entire menu with friends! Beef Smokehouse team: the food and hospitality busines is far from 'easy money' but you are onto a good thing. We wish you the best, til we see you...
