Personally I have absolutely no clue as to what planet AREK W is on with his moronic views as previously posted. I have dined in this establishment on a number of occasions and I have always had nothing but great food, food that you would most definitely write home about. If I wasn't already married then I would most certainly have taken my partner here on the night I was to pop the question because the if the Goulash starter wasn't going to wow her then how could I have brought myself to ask her to marry me. The lamb within the goulash melted off the bone and tasted how I imagine a Unicorns fart to taste. In regards to the dead uncooked lamb statement I can only imagine the lamb was cooked magnificently and tasted succulent as lamb should. I don't know where the moron is from but I suspect judging by his name that he is continental and doesn't appreciate the finer foods. Probably eats boiled potatoes and sunflower seeds all the time which hardly heightens the pallet. The Kashkeh Bademjan is my go to starter every time, for sure, for sure. If anything I would say they are undercharging at £10 a go. I would pay more most definitely. I've eaten many a Kashkeh Bademjan in my time and none compare to the taste sensation delivered by Persia Grill House. Portion size was a little on the large side for me and the wife to devour ourselves so we took the leftovers home to give to my Staffordshire Bull Terrier who enjoyed it so much, I think, not 100% sure, but i think he actually asked me for more, at least that what his bark sounded like he was asking for. I would highly recommend the Persia Grill House to anyone and strongly recommend the Goulash, Kashkeh Bedemjan and Naan Bread for dipping. Taste sensation. 5...
Read moreI initially phoned in for delivery and was said that was possible. I placed an order and asked for the total bill so I can get the money ready to pay when the delivery came. The man told me to calculate it myself by looking at the menu three times when I asked him to do it as he should know the prices. Even though I found that odd I calculated it myself. I then got a phone call back saying that there would be a further hour delay in getting my delivery and it would be better to come and get it. Since my children were starving at that point I had to go. He did say he would give me a discount for the inconvenience which I thought was nice of him but when I left my son with tutor and left with my baby daughter I arrived 10 minutes later (there was no traffic) and was offered a measly £1.50 off a £47 bill!!!!! Then to top it off when I gave them a 60 pound note they said they didn't have enough change and expected me to say 'keep the rest.' By then I was so annoued and told hem to hurry up so I could get to my son before the tutors time was up. Didn't enjoy the food at the end. Waste of money and my time. Service was so unprofessional and the food wasn't worth the 46 pounds I spent!!!! I don't ever complain on these sites but I'm so annoyed with the...
Read moreWe started using Persia a while ago and have never had an issue with the quality of food. Their customer service skills are terrible though. The last time we ordered from them, the delivery time was supposed to be 30 minutes, but was actually 2 hours. The waitress made several excuses over the phone about the driver ringing in absent and that the manager would deliver our food. There was no apology for the extra 1.5 hour wait when the manager arrived and there was no offer of anything else to make up for their shortfall. We just went to use them again tonight and placed the order over the phone as they have changed their website so that they no longer deliver to us in Sale. They said that they would do this, but would have to charge us for delivery (even though we have never been charged for delivery before) so my partner asked why they should be able to charge delivery when they can't even get the food here in the time specified. The waitress was extremely rude and just kept interrupting him, so my partner told her that they had just lost a valued customer to which she replied "Ok fine, bye" and...
