Miserable person serving this morning. Mocha £4.45 for a drink. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. for a standard drink. Seemed pissed off that I asked for a staff discount then proceeded to say there isn't much I can do about it now as gone through the till. Then I asked for chocolate on the top and she was even more cross that I'd asked and just carried on her conversation with a colleague and put my drink down nearer to the edge she was working at. Just really miserable experience, no smiles, no customer service. WILL NOT BE BUYING COFFEE FROM YOU AGAIN and will be telling everyone about my experience!
