Benzie Cafe (MMU campus) — Restaurant in Manchester

The staff are appalling, and the coffee is awful! I'm a fully trained barista, and have been attending the university for the past two years. The staff don't listen and are nothing but completely rude, glaring daggers any time I've tried to order anything. They constantly burn the milk and don't even know how to press their coffee! Every time I've gotten food it's come back burnt each time, and they didn't even bother to do anything about it when I've complained. There is a blonde young man working there recently who is absolutely lovely! He has tried to help and has always been extremely polite. There is also a very nice young lady, who has tried her best to make good coffee. But the rest of them have such nasty attitudes and are really not nice...
