Not good not good service take a very long time not good and the person at the till didn’t even give my change back. She’s like we’ve got no change. I can’t give you a change back. They never gave me my money back. The food is okay but there’s better places out there For example Miami crispies hundred times better don’t come here. Overall review - Food very nice, service absolutely apalling.

Food was great, there was 7 of us who went in, big place, well decorated and looks to have a lot of potential.

Service was atrocious to be straight to the point.

7 of us split across 2 tables. Took them over an hour to keep bringing out partial orders, some of us had the burgers we ordered but not the fries, others had vice versa. As I say we were split across 2 tables opposite each other, the food was brought out on 1 tray and dumped on 1 table without so much as a smile, leaving the 2nd table to get up and work out what orders were whos.

One of our party overheard the staff claiming to be 'flat out busy', yet the place only had us and 1 other person in there, there were Uber Eats drivers in and out but no more than you would see in any McDonalds, and there were 4 people stood behind the counter doing absolutely nothing.

Waitress / servers were without a smile or any kind of courtesy, and 2 of our party had their burgers refunded after waiting over an hour with them not being brought out.

No complaints about the food, in fact many of us said it was the best burgers we had in a while.
