Ordered oozy n crunch burger meal

Chicken was very cold and the fries too, after eating had very bad stomachache , staff are very unskilled and lack in customer needs and requirements, owner was sat with his head in his hands as if he lost something, he too very ignorant should be ironing clothes rather selling food, previously some time ago ordered 2 peri wraps and they charged, when i reached home it was normal chicken , after speaking with staff and the owner he did not apologise or replace after spending thousands with him over the years , these are the new Muslims of the 21 centuary, bunch of lazy Cowboys, myself and my brother had severe stomach cramps after eating the cold chicken, Manchester city council has been advised of the incident and they will take appropriate action, if the owner cared for his customers his head would be not in his hands but above his shoulders like rest, basically if the owner has his head in his hands , what can you expect from his untrained inexperienced staff, I hope you understand...

They've just lost a loyal customer! Food quality has dropped over time and peri peri burgers dont even taste fresh no more and I've noticed that they make them before hand and wait till someone orders a peri peri burger and then just make the pre cooked peri chicken into a burger. That is why they give peri burgers so quick.. although they do make the chips fresh but I go there for a fresh peri burger, not fresh chips. I always ordered 5 peri burger meals twice a week for pick up and today i wanted it for delivery as my cars in the garage for a week or 2, and found out that they dont even do delivery no more and only do uber eats which costs £2 more for each meal than ordering normally.

I'll wait till they start making the peri burgers fresh when someone orders them in front of the customer instead of making 10 at once and waiting for someone to order a peri burger. And everyone wants them to start NORMAL deliverys again as stated on there menu instead of Uber eats as uber charge £2 more for a meal!!!!!

The staff here have no manners at all. Ordered a pizza and got sent the wrong one. When I called up the guy on the phone Was talking to someone else first and then when he did have the decency to listen said it was the correct pizza and that I am not a chef and don’t know what I had ordered. He also asked me what my problem was just because I said it was the incorrect pizza. I’ve ate this pizza many times which I why I called but the staff here have no manners and who ever answers that phone needs to be taught some customer service skills.
