A Delightful Dive into Cutee Cafe’s Fusion Asian Magic Nestled in the heart of the bustling downtown strip, Cutee Cafe caught my eye with its whimsical pastel facade and the faint aroma spices wafting through the open doors. Stepping inside, I was enveloped in a cozy vibe: soft fairy lights over wooden tables adorned. The owner greeted me with genuine warmth, offering a quick menu rundown that highlighted their specials. Service was spot-on: attentive without hovering, and they even accommodated my request for a window seat with view. The Thai milk tea arrived in a cup, its creamy, velvety texture a perfect balance of bold black tea, condensed milk, and just a whisper of cardamom for that fusion flair. Sweet, not cloying, it was pure nostalgia upgraded. For the main dish, I dove into the duck pad Thai, crispy shreds of roasted duck mingled with wide rice noodles slicked in a tamarind-tinged sauce, studded with crunchy bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts. The fusion element shone through in subtle hits of star anise, giving it a depth that elevated the classic beyond street-food simplicity. Each forkful was a textural dream—tender duck yielding to chewy noodles, finished with a squeeze of lime for that zesty kick. It was generous in portion. Paired with the drink, it made for a harmonious meal that left us blissfully full. What sets Cutee Cafe apart isn’t just the food—it’s the thoughtful curation of an experience that feels both familiar and fresh. Prices are fair (mains £11), Whether you’re craving a quick caffeine hit or a full fusion feast, this place nails it. Highly recommended—I’ll be back next week for their Taiwanese style Chicken Rice. It’s a flavor adventure worth every bite.

Very nice (South-)East Asian restaurant just off Curry Mile. Although our group had failed to book ahead on a very booked evening, the owner kindly accommodated us by adding a chair to a small table which was still vacant. This gesture is much appreciated, as we were able to enjoy the food here which was amazing, and price for which was very fair (total £44.50 for 3 people, really good value these days). Veg gyoza and Salt & Pepper Tofu for starters, both amazing. The gyoza filling was very flavourful, salt and pepper tofu had a nice crunchy outside, yet soft inside. I had the Thai Green Curry w/ King Prawn: pleasant level of spice which wasn't overpowering and was satisfyingly aromatic. I definitely want to return to Manchester just to try the Singapore Laksa which someone else in my group had, the Laksa soup was incredible. Please don't make the same mistake as us and do book a table in advance by calling their phone number! This will ensure your spot and also save them any trouble. Definitely recommended.

Have been long awaited for this Cutee Cafe !! Glad I brought my dad and sis here to enjoy the awesome food together, much love, very friendly host, perfect hospitality at the best, feel like being at home with neighborhoods, to be truthfully speaking, they are doing a very genuine taste for food from all across the continent of Asia, bringing the best to offer to the table, all the food we had are remarkable. We got Pad Thai with lemongrass chicken, Vietnamese chicken with rice, Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup, Hong Kong Style French Toast, Thai Fish cake, love these gorgeous and delicious dishes. Absolutely worth the travel, we took the time to get here from the city centre, just for the sake of having a lunch at Cutee!! ❤️🥰😍Thank you for the heartfelt experience at Cutee Cafe and Restaurant !!
