Where do I start😂 we ordered the food, waited over an hour so I rang them, the person on the phone said he set off a while ago, I went on google maps and saw it took 15 minutes so I waited 20 before calling back again he then said he was 10 minutes away, I waited ANOTHER 20 minutes and the order finally came, I ordered 2 pizzas, a chicken tower burger MEAL a dinner kebab and PLAIN chips on naan and a can of Rio and a can of dr pepper I RECIEVED…. A burger on its own a can of doctor pepper CHEESY chips on naan of which I cannot eat cheese. And the dinner meat, I rang to tell them I am missing a lot of my order and he put phone down on me so I rang back and went straight to voice mail I called on no caller id and went straight through asked for something complimentary as it is they’re fault it was late AND wrong and the guy said no put in mind I have worked with food for quite a while and know I can get a full refund, after all that mither he said a pizza will be coming in half an hour and yet I was missing 2 pizzas, chips, plain chips on naan and my drinks. So I got to having a bite of the burger and it was raw, so raw I’m surprised the chicken isn’t still running around, I will 100% never order from here again as I had to force myself to throw up so I don’t get salmonella. Ordered food as a drunken mistake on saturday night at 2am. Got to 4am and still no show of the food. Left at least 15 missed calls to the takeaway and no answer. Random number rang saying outside but was no where to be seen and never showed up. Rang up next day they said to ring up when we wanted a takeaway and we could have it for free ( i thought fair enough could have been an easy mistake) I was wrong. Rang up and was told I had to call again at 8 and that they would send the food. Rang at 8 and they said I would have to wait till 9 for food to be sent. Finally they send the food and was told it would take 55 mins to arrive. 10pm and still no sign of food. 10:40 finally get a call from delivery driver saying “im outside come get the food” had to go down my road to his car where he laughed and handed me the food. I thought he was supposed to be the delivery driver not me. Opened the food and was disgusted, chips were uncooked and portion sizes were pathetic. Not sure which was worse the service or the food. Do not order from here unless you want scraps that I wouldnt even feed...

How this business is still around I have no idea! Ordered two meals that did not arrive! Rang the next day for a refund, and yet not responded. Complained to UberEats but they are about as useless as eachother! Company finally responded the next day and offered free food. When we asked for it the next day it arrived 3 hours after and wow it was disgusting. I honestly feel sick! Basically had scraps for chips soggy as hell and a small amount of meat.

WHATS EVEN WORSE is the delivery driver sat in the car rang for us to come out to him (large fella so sounds about right) he laughed in his car, fiddled on his phone and gave us food.

I wondered why food was going missing for everyone, the culprit number one ay.
