Came with my family a couple of weeks ago travelling back to Liverpool from Manchester, we had been wanting to come here for a little while now, although it was a little late, approximately 10. 15 ish we did call beforehand to see if we would still be able to sit in which we was told all will be fine as they shut at 11pm.....we arrived it seemed smaller than expected but beautifully decorated 😍 the seating area with feathers is stunning! Great for a picture 📸 also a place for prayer is available, which is amazing. The place was clean and a cosy space. Unfortunately, there is nowhere to change a baby as I had to change mine in the car, which isn't the best, especially if someone has no car or doesn't drive ! We ordered our food i must state our food was bloody delicious!! I mean, it's really delicious ( photos attached). One dip was not nice, a tomato based one it just wasn't needed, but there were no faults on food at all. My only downside was when my husband gave the order and they printed it out, my husband went to get wipes from the car, I saw about 3 men talking about the order and smiling and then said we will start the order once payment is made 😳 i don't no if it was the fact it was the time of night and / or the price but I've never been asked to pay a bill before they've even made it, were not exactly going to do a runner, we wouldn't get far with a baby a toddler and a 7 year old !!! But hey....we did order and PAY we did enjoy our food and short stay, although we were told twice that the shop closes in 10 mins .....my main reasons for not given a 5 star was they simply shouldn't have taken on such an order beforehand if they felt the need to somewhat rush us, also asking for a bill to be paid before it's even started cooking is strange.....we also asked for our milkshake to be brought to us at the end as a surprise for the kids and the waitress brought it in half way through the meal, when we already had 3 mocktails on the table ( again off putting ) when the man initially stated at the beginning when we ordered that it'll be brought at the end, like we had asked ! Having said all this, I would definitely go back and try other things, maybe at an earlier time as I am sure they are capable of a full 5 star review 😀 but for now I believe it's only fair given my first time experience my rating is...
