Indian Spice — Local services in Manchester

I’ve ordered from here for the past 10 years now and I will never order an indian take out from anywhere else!!! The food comes piping hot and you can tell that it’s all freshly cooked with quality ingredients. I’ve introduced Indian Spice to many friends now and they all agree with me without having to say anything. Just ordered a massive order (far too much!!!) for myself and family members visiting from London and they eagerly took the left overs home with them! Food just arrived, not happy! Ordered a lamb passanda and recieved a over cooked dry chicken passanda. Ordered keema rice and recieved pilau rice. Ordered chicken and aloo chaat starter and recieved chicken chaat starter. Phoned the take away to make them aware of this and the guy on the phone was not interested. No offer of delivering what I actually ordered. A second curry of special dopiaza contained again over cooked dry chicken. Didn’t enjoy it and will not be ordering again. I had a curry here once and I watched the chef pour tons of powder over and over into a bubbling pan as I waited at what appeared to be a counter. The curry was so red it turned pink, it was so watery and had no taste, I was so confused at how anyone could make a curry that badly. The chicken was so tough? so chewy.
