I wouldn’t have dessert here even if it Was forced down me! I dropped in to this place a week ago with my partner! Sat down to see there was dirt on every table dirt all over the floor and staff were just standing by chatting not giving a damn! Anyway went to the bathroom to find dead wasps on the dryer which put me off even more! It gets worst, so after waiting for 25 mins for a waffle and a cake this guy that works there walks over and says to my husband that the cake he wants isn’t available and hands me my waffle and walks off! Are you kidding me?! No apology for making us wait 25 mins to hear that they didn’t have the dessert he wanted? They didn’t ask him if he wanted a refund or something else! He didn’t even say sorry!!! I demanded a refund and told the guy how that is not how you conduct business in which he started to shout at me and told me to go speak to his manager as he doesn’t give a toss!

I will never be back here again! I think places like this fail to understand that customers are the reason they are in business! They need to employ staff that give a damn about the place! Waffle tasted like a burnt toast so won’t be coming...

Food is Good But service is Shocking!!!.

I recently revisited the shop after a long time, only to find that it has significantly deteriorated. I don't have an issue with the staff being young, but they displayed a complete lack of concern or better customer service. To make matters worse, there is a hole in the floor that poses a safety hazard. I unfortunately twisted my ankle last night because the hole was concealed by a mat with no warning signs. The staff member I approached about this matter showed absolute disregard for my situation. I am extremely angry and could potentially pursue legal action, although I have chosen not to do so. SORTED IT OUT BEFORE SOMEONE GET INJURED...

Very awful experience. I was here like one or two years ago and it was great, I ordered food and kids were playing. Now, when I just have went in they asked 3 pounds cash each child to use softplay. I paid and went to my table. There another waitress approach me and say I have to order at least 8 pound food so kids can play... So they wanted me pay 14 pounds so two small kids can eat ice cream and play, because I don't think they would eat waffle or sundae, unless it's about wasting food. Not nice experience and question: why you take cash for using softplay and no receipt is given? My daughter really loved this place but they started...
