The franchise owner/manager will end up closing down this franchise after the service I had today.
When your amongst high level competition in cheethamhill and the prices have gone sky high you would think the service and quality would need to also go up high but unfortunately this owner of this branch thinks its ok to cut corners and still expect customers to not notice and same time charge full extortionate prices .
Today I ordered a double spicy fillet burger and the person on the till said it will be 5 mins...15 mins later he says 2 more mins then around 18 mins I see the owner putting the chicken fillets into the chip basket to fry....I was like OH HELL NOOOOOO there a pressure cooker behind why is he frying in this way it will only be rubbery and hard on the edges. After 22 mins the owner came to me to give my food I asked don't you use the pressure cooker he replied yes , then I said "but not today" he looked embarrassed and looked shocked that i noticed he then said ,it takes too long to use the pressure fryer but if i don't mind waiting he can make it in the pressure fryer ,I said you guys said it will be 5 mins now its 20+ mins later and you can't expect me to wait even more so I just took the food home, there was ZERO apology As expected the fillet was hard on the edges and rubbery in the middle . Even the bun was hard and crumbly.
When you have philidelpihia, legends ,new York Krispy, golden, floridas, frangoz smash offical ,pepes jungle grill etc etc all around you you can't be lazy and cut corners ,I even seen the workers put frozen grilled fillet chicken from the drawer below onto the griddle...so even that not made fresh and properly who knows what else is going on in this kitchen ,there were more than 4 people working so no excuses .
Businesses will not last very long if they keep doing things like this becuase we the customers can tell and also see. .you have lost a permanent customer plus after i tell my friends and family I'm sure they too will also be lost customers unless this branch comes under new management.

Almost every time I’ve visited, they are distracted — either on the phone, chatting with each other, with the kitchen staff, or with friends. They speak in their own language while customers are waiting, which comes across as unprofessional. At the very least, when customers are present, the focus should be on service.
Another recurring issue is food temperature. A few times, the food has been served not properly warm. While they will reheat it if you ask, it should be served hot and fresh from the start without needing to mention it.
All sales and reputation depend heavily on staff. The food itself is great, but the staff and customer service urgently need training. Otherwise, they are letting the franchise down and pushing...

It was my first time in the store so I felt pressured to choose without really looking. He told me "5 minutes" and we sat down. 5 minutes turned into 20 minutes before the food actually came. On sight, it looked fine, but the kids beef burger had pickles which I hadn't read in the description, but may have just been because I was being rushed. My burger, the Signature, I also wasn't aware would be a bit spicy but again, probably hadn't been allowed to read that.
