Very hard to leave a bad review as they are very good when they get things right but this place is VERY INCONSISTENT

For example you can order 2 regular donner kebabs and when you open both kebabs one will be big and one will be less than regular.

Kobeda kebab is one of the worst I have had , it’s very oily and is mixed with alot of other things which make it look green before cooking it should look rich and red like a true pure kobeda , Santos and Cheetham star are also bad for kobeda I have to travel to Rochdale istanblue for a authentic and best kobeda.

The pizza dough is very bad, it’s very crispy not soft or spongy and they don’t proff the dough long enough. They don’t put enough cheese or pizza sauce on the pizza and very stingy with the toppings also expect to have missing toppings.

Chicken and rice is VERY NICE but again some days they burn the chicken and some days they forget the sautéed onions and peppers.

The chicken burgers are ok but they are copying santos & Cheetham star. I’d say they are third in that list of which is best. Also recently they changed the spicy burgers to a weird red sauce which is sweet and slightly spicy. The old recipe was much better.

The chips are REALLY BAD it’s hard and crispy with no potato inside, it’s like a shell. I think the oil temperature is too high.

Overall rating this place 2 stars most days but on a good day it...

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered on Uber eats and the order had not arrived within the time yet which the app was suggesting. I called for an update which is when they explained that it’s going to be 30 mins. I merely explained that’s much later than the expected time suggested in the app. They said the order is being processed now and we can expect it asap. So I genuinely and innocently explained that they should maybe fix that on the system so as a customer we can manage our expectations of delivery. The employee from jannat told me I’m wasting more time speaking to him on the phone about this so I can expect a further delay in the order. I was just shocked really. I was kindly offering constructive reasonable feedback which they clearly don’t have the capacity to take on. After the phone call I got a notification that the order has been cancelled by the restaurant. Quite disappointed and surprised that a takeaway can take so much offence by a customer reasonably explaining a way to improve their service. Reading other reviews on Google, I can see that this tone of theirs must be common as other reviews also read delays in the orders which led to cold food etc and no compensation or consideration from the takeaway....

Came as a group of 3 ordered their chicken tikka with lamb on naan and loved a with chips and Kobeda and chicken tikka. I took few bites and then as I was about to break some Kobeda I could see something small and black wiggling on the Kobeda I froze and just couldn’t beloved my eyes, I had a closer look and realised it was a fly that had been roasted with the Kobeda. I called the owner and he broke the meat off and attempted to squish it and completely denied it was a fly instead said do you know how we make this it goes through a machine etc. I said I don’t care how you make it it’s a fly end of. He took the plate from our table and instead went to show a group of people on the next table, they nodded their head and said we don’t know what it is. The audacity of him though we were the paying customers and with the problem instead of loading with us he was consulting with others like they had paid our bill. He completely denied it anyway that it was a fly and I stopped eating my food, it went to a complete waste. First and last time NEVER again! He didn’t sort anything out for us too. Will be getting in touch with food...
