I recently visited a restaurant and was deeply disappointed with my experience. The restaurant was a smelly and filthy place that was not at all welcoming. The customer service was absolutely horrible, with waiters who were unhelpful and seemed to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers.

The management of the restaurant was clearly to blame for the poor state of affairs. The restaurant was dirty and had a strong odor, which made it difficult to enjoy the dining experience. The presence of several National food spice boxes lying around was not only unsightly, but also indicated a lack of care and attention to hygiene and cleanliness.

I went here for dinner with my family and it was crowded (which was good cause that meant it was really good) but we had to wait a long time to finally get our table. We had to wait for a extra 30 minutes to get our food and I was starving , it took about 10-20 minutes only to get a small plate of salad. After, we got only a small plate of lamb kebabs only 4 tiny ones and the tiny chicken pieces we only got 3 or 4 it was very annoying as we were starving. Once we got our naan’s , I had a bite as I thought it was very good but it was the complete opposite! The naan was not soft as it should of been and the chicken karahi just tasted like potato’s and black pepper (there was no potato’s at all, which was why I was confused why it tasted like potato’s Once I was thirsty the glass hadn’t been washed and if I’m not mistaken I saw bits of food in the water , it was disgusting. The main food was the Desi Chargha. We had gotten it at the end of our dinner. So my dad had said to the waiter to leave it and if the customer doesn’t have that food they give it to another customer just warm it again! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
