We used Uber eats to order from this takeaway. It took an hour and 15 mins to come because of the traffic (I agree with that). The order was cold, and we had 12-inch Peporoni Pizza missing which they have not refunded as yet, if they do it's not what I am trying to gain out of this and also a refund will not make us happy this is not the point. I've tried to call the takeaway multiple times for more than 3 hours and nobody is picking up. So I emailed the takeaway and they replied to my email at 01:30 AM. This email from Sam the employee who is blaming the driver "Hi Firas, Iâm sorry to hear your order was incomplete. I personally send your order out and double checked the items. The Uber driver took 2 orders from us during your collection. He must have mixed up the orders. You will need to take this up with Ubereats to claim your money for the missing items. Weâve had a few similar issues with the drivers collecting multiple orders and mixing them up. Unfortunately, this matter is out of our control, we prepare the food and once collected weâve no contact after that point. I have noted your complaint and will speak to Ubereats tomorrow regarding this matter. However, I would strongly advise you do the same to get your refund. The driver is blaming them as I checked the order as soon as I received it and the driver confirmed that 1 x pizza missing, its either the driver ate the pizza while he's stuck on gatley traffic light or he was never given the pizza in the first place, as I don't believe the driver mixed up orders because he had only one order. The poor service I encountered was beyond unacceptable and left me with no choice but to leave the establishment without even placing an order. It is with regret that I write this negative review.
From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff had little interest in attending to customers. Despite being one of the few patrons in the restaurant, I was completely ignored by the staff for an unreasonable amount of time. No one bothered to acknowledge my presence, let alone offer assistance or a table. It was a clear display of apathy towards customer service.
As minutes turned into what felt like an eternity, I grew increasingly frustrated by the lack of attention from the staff.
Feeling neglected and frustrated, I made the decision to leave without even having the opportunity to place an order. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' time and needs. A restaurant should prioritize providing a welcoming environment and prompt service, which Nashville Burger failed to deliver.

Place wasn't busy but still spent half an hour waiting around for it. At that point I asked how much longer the food would be and was told it was still another 15 minutes! Asked to get my money back and had an argument with the staff as they tried to justify the waiting time by claiming how busy they were. There was only myself and one other person waiting for food at the time. They then said it was because they were busy with phone orders and showed me the receipts for the three phone order they had. To be honest, it really didn't surprise me that five orders in one go was a busy day for them considering how bad the service was. Took a while for it to process in their heads that having to manage five orders in one go didn't justify a 45 minute waiting time. Was then told it was because it was a gourmet burger and that was the 'normal time' it takes for gourmet burgers to be made... I kept getting told the food would be worth the wait so in the end I thought I'd give them a chance. Get home only to realise that after all that they didn't even get my order right.
