I have now contacted you twice regarding the racist comment made towards my mother by your staff on 24th August 2025. You have failed to provide any response.

This incident has caused my elderly mother significant upset and distress, and your refusal to acknowledge or address it is unacceptable.

As you have chosen not to respond, I am now formally logging the incident with: • The Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) • My local council’s hate crime reporting service • The police (as a racist hate incident) • Your head office (if applicable)

When my mother came into the restaurant, a member of your staff told her: “Have water instead, it will make you white.”

This comment was racist, offensive, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to this type of discriminatory remark in your establishment.
