This incident has caused my elderly mother significant upset and distress, and your refusal to acknowledge or address it is unacceptable.
As you have chosen not to respond, I am now formally logging the incident with: • The Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) • My local council’s hate crime reporting service • The police (as a racist hate incident) • Your head office (if applicable)
