A mixed bag of superb food quality, let down by very rude service from one member of staff.

Overall we found the food to be absolutely top-notch, the pizza was delicious and the drinks on offer were superb. The atmosphere was slightly lacking, however the venue was packed and that certainly helped reassure us that this was a great place to be for quality food! And the food was perfect!

Despite this, we pre-booked well in advance as we were very excited to visit, but were running late due to heavy traffic in the area due to an accident. We rung up Noi Quattro to assure them that we'd still be coming and to keep the table, but that we'd be later. We were told that this was absolutely fine over the phone, so proceeded to get to the venue as quick as we could.

Once I'd put the phone down, I then received an email saying our booking had been cancelled. However, we were determined to still enjoy our meal out, we arrived at the restaurant (despite informing them of the situation, that was out of our control), we were abruptly told by a very rude member of staff that "you're very late".

Eventually we were able to find a new table, however the same member of staff slammed our drinks on the table when they arrived.

This was almost enough for us to write-off the visit entirely, however we wanted to give the rest of the dedicated, and much friendlier team credit for producing such lovely food, and to not let one negative affect our whole visit.

Purely on the basis of the great quality food, we'd love to return, but as a full package, we...

Went in for date night with my boyfriend. Woman who served us was polite. Until she started purposefully only speaking to my boyfriend.. how's your chillies? I ordered the same and was not asked how mine was. Made jokes about british people aimed at him, where was my joke? Looked incredibly uninterested at other tables but, very chearful at ours. It made us both uncomfortable and it came accross quite rude. There was two of us at the table. The food was great. Just we thought in customer service roles, servers should make everyone at the table feel welcome. Not just one person. Anyway, we decided to leave and ask for the bill. After seeing us holding hands across the table and being at a table for two. She asks if we were splitting the Bill, I had the card in my hand to pay and she looks right at my boyfriend after saying this. I replied no. Then she asked about a tip and looked at him again. I answered no again. Even put in a situation where she would have to acknowledge me, she purposefully didnt. We paid and left. Just a bit of advice. When flirting for tips, perhaps maybe observe, take a little more notice and flirt with the right person.. IE the person who's paying for the meal. £37 pound for an incredibly uncomfortable meal. The pizza was good but not enough to over look the absolutely innapropriate service experience we received. All the other staff were great, polite, friendly and welcoming. Been there once prior and thought it was amazing, however this second experience was quite...

I've dined at this restaurant twice. The first time, I went alone, while the second time I was with friends. On both occasions, I tried their pizza, which is the core offering of this restaurant (although they have many other items on their menu that I have yet to try). The first time, I ordered a white pizza, known as 'Goduria' on the menu. I typically prefer tomato sauce-based pizza, so this was a bit unusual for me. To my surprise, it was delicious, and I was quite pleased with my choice. During my second visit, I opted for what is typically called 'Diavola' in Italy (referred to as 'Spianata' here). Personally, I tend to judge pizzerias based on how well they make their Diavola, as it's my favorite pizza variety. This time, it wasn't as outstanding as my first visit (good standards, but I had better Diavolas). My friend also ordered a Spianata and thoroughly enjoyed it, so perhaps it was just my experience (I plan to try Spianata again on my next visit).Overall, I highly recommend NQ pizza to anyone in Manchester looking for pizza that you'd typically find in Italy, especially in the central regions of Italy (from my experience). I wholeheartedly recommend this place! The staff is very friendly, and it's a comfortable place to dine, even if you're on your own (though booking in advance is advisable). Sometimes you can wait a bit before you're served, but it's worth it. Excellent...

Arrived early when it wasn't busy and we ordered starters and two diet cokes. We were served multipack coke cans (with nice big not to be sold separately labels on them) for £3 each which i can understand as they're a business and I'm paying for the service and the fact I'm there, but i'd rather not know they're cheap multipack cans while I'm pouring it out myself. After finishing the starters which were both really good we waited for our mains which didn't arrive, we were left sitting for about 30+ minutes with no waiter attending us and eventually i had to get their attention to tell them we had to leave to get to our show. The pizzas were almost ready at that point and they did give me a slice to take away but we left hungry and had to grab crisps to keep us going, not really what we had in mind for our evening out. The slice i did get to eat was good, shame their service and communication in certain areas is lacking, they didn't let us know the pizza would take so long at any point; and left us looking around and watching multiple others who arrived way after us get their pizzas first, i expect they had a problem but didn't keep us informed so we ran out of options. Two starters and two diet cokes came to £19 so it's not a cheap pizza place.

I enjoyed Noi Quattro but I expected a bit more. The restaurant itself is big but it had quite a cold and chaotic atmosphere. It was very busy but it didn’t seem like there was enough staff on to manage it effectively and keep it calm, there was also no music so the ambience was a bit flat. The staff were friendly but because they were so busy you didn’t get much attention, I waited a while for another beer at one point. The cuoppo Misto starter was really nice and tasted just like Naples although a nice slice of lemon on the side would have been perfect! The pizza was great, the tomato in particular was delicious but I think it had just that minute too long in the oven, the dough wasn’t as airy and light as some other Neapolitan pizza places of Manchester. Overall it was good but not amazing and I’d be eager to try somewhere else before returning.

Is it better than the other Italian pizza joints in the city? Probably not. It's a good effort though and the staff were genuinely nice people. It's just that I can't find any reason to come back. It's missing that taste which would drag me back to this place. The pizzas are a decent size though and you can easily share a starter and pizza between two people. The veggie pizzas are from 9-11 and the meat (ham) pizza start from 10-14. It's a shame they didnt have other options like chicken or fish on pizza. But they told me off when I asked for that saying "this is authentic italian" we don't put that on our pizza. Well listen up my friends. THIS IS NOT ITALY!!! Better luck staying afloat if you dont have those options
