phoned up for a pick up order went in and spent £15 for 3 sandwiches. When I arrived the staff gave me the wrong bag first which was somone else’s order. When I got home and opened up the sandwiches one had brown sauce on instead of red & another had the onions in the wrong sandwich I traveled from Altrincham to west didsbury which was a long way tbf. When I called to let them know what they done wrong they was disrespectful & I didn’t Recieve a apology just got “these things happen come back and change it then” I’m not going to drive back from Altrincham to change a sandwich. Sansou is a true hidden gem and glad I stumbled across it.

I've been here for breakfast and coffee numerous times and it has always been excellent. The breakfasts are a real winner and set you up for a day. It is cooked fresh to order and they also have a huge range of freshly squeezed fruit juices and smoothies.

If you can't make it out of bed then they also have a delivery service available. You can also pay here using card which is very convenient.

Nice cafe and food but unfortunately this morning, not for the first time, we were treated really rudely by the lady serving behind the counter. Having served us the wrong coffee, my wife was treated with disdain when she politely asked her to change the coffee served and the coffee was then slammed down onto the table in front of us without a word.
