Steakout 212 — Restaurant in Manchester

Went in last night with a friend im a regular at yayas been going for years for a steak with it being a 2hr waiting time and we was both really hungry couldn’t wait that long we ended up going to steakhouse212 what an absolute disappointment first impression Saturday night around 8pm totally empty so started getting this feeling its not gona be a good experience any way we go in and order beef steak sizzler a mix chicken steak and chips and a cheese hot dog as wer waiting for food a family off 4 and 3 and a couple walk in same faces we seen at yayas who couldn’t wait 2hrs Wer do i start all you could hear is a chef shouting at the top off his voice and they only 11 ppl in the restaurant imagine if it was a full house would be murder in the kitchen also the beef sizler isnt Whats described ment to be a steak fillet steak turns out to be 6 really thin slices off beef bland no taste and like rubber awful mash potatoe was the instant mash veg was horribe frozen hard veg chips wer re fried hard and oily my mate who had the mix steak n chips and hotdog said his food was tasteless and horrible when we stopped the waiter and asked him y our order isn’t what’s described on the menu his reaction was everyone complains ur not the first and just walked away lol i just dint know what to say to him waste off £28 we will stick to yayas next time its well worth the 2hr wait on weekends. Ordered a beef steak sizzler with noodles, veg and curly fries. Looked awful and the steak was some thin shreaded pieces of beef absolutely bland. It was dry and felt like chewing on cardboard! The noodles were as if they boiled them didn’t rinse and threw them in to some bland tiny bit of sauce!! It was awful. Spent £15 on this!! For some few thin strands of beef!! The chicken with rice was horrible. The rice again no flavour, chicken had some what flavour but soo over cooked and dry! Again £7 dish! They describe the food on menu to be some lavish dish but honestly looked like a microwave meal!

I wouldn’t go again but I hope they serve better food and improve...

Decent place which seemed under staffed, waiter seemed to have several jobs not just one, which meant alot of areas lacked, he was a lovely lad, great customer service even thou he was rushed to his feet! Management need to reconise this, as because of this, the place was dirty, things were going wrong, when the place looks good and food was good but with extra staff it could do alot better! The place seems like it's ran in chaos, so when your eating their you feel apart of the chaos which isnt great when you want to sit back and relax.
