Subway — Restaurant in Manchester

WORST EXPERIENCE! I went to Subway for the first time around 2 PM today to get their £3.99 Meal Deal. The staff was incredibly rude. I mentioned I wasn’t familiar with the ordering process and needed help, but the first girl serving me was arrogant and unhelpful. Despite knowing I wanted the £3.99 deal, I was almost charged £8.99 so I ended ordering the sub without a meal deal (cost me £5.99). The second guy who added the veggies was visibly annoyed when I asked questions about the price and snapped at me, saying 'I already told you!' several times. On top of that, they were extremely stingy with the ingredients for the price they charge. Someone should inspect this store, as the staff clearly lacks...

The bread with lettuce was ok providing I had purchased chips from a different store and also a drink.

The accual experience of getting my subway whent like this.

I ordered a foot long sandwich and had it tosted, at the final stage of the sandwich making process I asked why the beff was less then what the picture shows and if I can have some avocado to substitute for it.

The response on that question was that it will cost me more, and that the pictures are for marketing.

To me that is not marketing, and furthermore it seems like false advertising or horrible customer service.
