I was completely dissatisfied with the service. I do not usually complain but this one was atrocious. As a person who use to work in subway, I am aware of what ingredients to put or how much, when I ordered my salad, the lady serving did dot even bother adding the correct amount and just a sprinkle of lettuce, I asked her 3 times to add more, but she did not even put effort and added maximum 4 lettuce. I am not usually nit-picky or a person that complains. But this did not end with the lettuce, I had to tell her to add more tomatoes, cucumbers and the other salad. At the end she has corrected me saying we only do this amount... when I was trained as a sandwhich artist I was taught the correct amount to add and told that if the customer would like more then give more. I was discussing the new app with her and I literally had it on my phone. With the recent app update and with someone already in the que waiting I just said I would pay rather than get 50% off ordering through the new app. Then when I asked for my points she said she couldn’t give me my points because I had already paid. Why on earth would she wait until I’ve paid when I literally had the app open in front of her. Why not just ask to scan my app right away. Despite this, we still had to wait because one of our sandwiches “didn’t come through.” We were then told we had to pay again—even after showing the order confirmation, which clearly listed two sandwiches.
