NOT EVEN ONE STAR I had a truly disheartening experience where the staff raised their voices towards me, creating an unpleasant atmosphere overall. The incident unfolded in a disconcerting manner as the server, seemingly focused on the person next to me, directed a question at me. When I didn't immediately respond due to my focus on preparing to pay, he raised his voice in an unnecessary and intimidating manner. This level of disregard and confrontation left me quite uncomfortable.

I genuinely did not expect nor have I ever experienced this kind of interaction before. Absolutely appalling manners from the waitress. Waited ages for her to notice me, for which she didn't apologise. She was at the counter messing around. When I ordered it came fast but I ordered something I assumed was vegetarian as the description never said it had meat in. When I took it back the waitress got really stroppy and rude and would not see that she should label all ingredients of a sandwich clearly. She rudely asked which I would prefer so I ordered. When it came she did not apologise or thank me for waiting. This sandwich was also less than the one I had paid for so I'm now out of pocket. I would NEVER recommend...

We had sandwiches here, and while the food was very good and reasonably priced, we were disappointed that tap water wasn’t available for free, leaving bottled water as the only option. This feels out of step with common practice, especially when all three of us had also purchased coffees.

Speaking of coffee, it fell short compared to other options in the area. My suggestion would be to enjoy the food here, but for coffee, head next door to Ancoats Coffee Co, where the quality is significantly better.
