We didn't actually get to eat here as we decided to leave 5 minutes after arriving! Their website outlined a Happy Hour menu served until 7pm and so we arranged a work meal and booked a large table. Upon booking we were told that the Happy Hour menu actually finishes at 6:30pm, however if we were in for 6:30pm they would honour this menu for our group as the website was incorrect. We arrived at 6:25pm in full numbers and were met by a very rude waiter who didn't seem in any way interested in welcoming us, he then continued to say that we have 3 or 4 minutes to get our order completed or else we will have to pay the full a la carte prices. We expressed that we had pre-arranged this at the time of booking - he was not interested in this whatsoever, raised his voice to our group and continued to just repeat 'no' until we opted to leave and go elsewhere. We were the only table in the restaurant at that time and we just got the impression that they didn't want anyone in that night? We will not be venturing back to Blue Chilli and would recommend that this place is avoided by all...

Nice to hear Thai music playing - (unlike the Blue Elephant in London who played The Carpenters on the panpipes) Singha beer (tick) Thai prawn crackers (tick) Thai Fish Cakes (tick) Crispy Roasted duck curry with Crispy Noodles (tick) yummy flavours finished all. I was honestly unbelievably dissapointed with our order. How can you mess phad thai up? It had one consistent flavour... burnt! Ordered thai crackers... i recieved a small bag of mixed prawn crackers that cost me £3... free with a chinese! The sticky rice £6 and was a childs portion!
