Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Mansfield

I visited west gate costa on 22nd march 2024 , Im an regular customer and Ive never had any issues using the store before. I brought an drink before using the bathroom.I have an hidden disability and went to the bathroom because It were urgent , I got into an problem and I had to sort it out. I didnt want anyone to have to clean up my mess. I were 5 minuets then I started getting harrassed then that made me more stressed which resulted in more medical issues. I got were threatend by around 5 men , threatening to kick the door in and shouting stuff like I bet shes on her phone and I bet shes dead in there from being on her phone too long despite me keep shouting I have an medical issue , it takes me longer than most. And they also kept shouting that I were beyond the joke , that I have no respect and that I act like I own the bathroom. And started swearing at me through the door. Then they complained that much to the staff , the staff came and I had to open the door whilst the bathroom were in an state and I were in an state. They kept threatening to open the door whilst I had my underwear down. I told them my underwear were down and I told them I were trying to clean up. And threatened to call the police. The staff were an young man who appared to be in hus 20s , he were an new member of staff and the other were an woman who were an lot older , light coloured hair and plus sized. , I just need more time because of my disability. I kept constantly trying to explain this but nobody listened When I had came out crying everyone stared at me and wouldnt stop and nobody appolgised for how...

Been fairly regular for the past 7 months, and never had an experience like today. My friend and I went in today around 4 o’clock, she ordered a salted caramel frappe no cream with coffee, the staff member « Amy » promptly forgot these requests, and had to be reminded as she was putting cream on (not sure if she did actually put coffee in), we both wrote it off until I was served, I am lactose intolerant, and asked for an oat latte with vanilla, at first she had the regular milk jug for steaming and I had to interject and then when pouring my coffee shot, she attempted to use a takeaway cup that had been face down in the water/coffee/milk mixture in the tray of the machine (as it had been taken apart for I assume cleaning 3 hours before closing), I then asked her not to use that cup as not only do I have allergy to milk it’s also really gross, the whole time they were being standoffish, and then when I got my drink there was no vanilla as she had forgot that too, although she apologized and corrected the error, it just felt really uncomfortable to ask for what I paid for to be made safely and properly, the rude demeanor took us both off guard, I have never had anything happen like this before but it’s just disappointing and...

This Costa store does have 2 tables outside on the pavement front under a canopy .Inside you'll find its not the biggest of Costa stores,more longish & not the widest of spaces. There's probably about 20 tables available,not the brightest either in certain seating areas to the left ,very dim light.The staff counter & drink service was very pleasant indeed .Cash or Card payments are accepted here.There's just 2 toilets available at the rear of the store which isn't or shouldn't be a problem unlike today when 1 toilet was locked off & out of action !(Supposedly for cleaning but nobody was seen doing the job ! ).... resulting in 3 or 4 people queue forming. Not great customer satisfaction when Costa staff just kept passing by to & from the rear...
