McDonald's — Restaurant in Mansfield

IF YOU HAVE TAKE AWAY CHECK YOUR ORDER at restaurant!! Propably few year's ago I will give them 4-5 starts. Now, I give two but I'm not sure do is not to much. Me and my family we don't eat a lot in McDonalds , mostly 1-2 times in 3months. Few years ago I was enjoyed now ...no. Always if I order Take Away at restaurant I need to check quantity, because always I get missing 1-3 items, i report that and I get that products few minutes later so I not was angry so much. But today, after when we check quantity and we back home with food I found out crispy wrap what I order was grilled and Bacon double cheeseburgers was replaced for normal cheeseburger. I start think they cover kitchen (before you was able see kitchen nad how they prepare your food) because they left some unsale or not eating food on side and sale them again ! Because how you can sale two wrap's, one crispy , one grilled and both are packege liable "crispy wrap"? 🧐 Or why half food is cold and half hot? 🧐 I believe work in MD is hard and mistakes happen, but when I order Take away I don't want check all order in restaurant. Poor people who work for delivery, how many times people assume they are stealing them food from bag 😕 I'm not back to restaurant and complaine because I ready was at home, and I not will be lie on my street is miracle found car space so I don't wanted drive all Mansfield again to get correct wrap and cheeseburger, but in few months if I back there I will be check my order one by one. I took my niece's best friends brother here for his fifteenth birthday because I am his godfather and although I haven't seen him in several years he always used to love being taken to this McDonald's for a big mac and chips and diet Coca-Cola and mcflurry and apple pie so I thought that we should receiv the old tradition. I picked him up and he told me that since we last did this he had turned vefan. Now I am not very up to date with pop culture so I didn't fully understand what he was telling me but I told him it's ok McDonald's is a global corporation and thet will do a vegan option which seemed to please him. But then I ordered my food (20 McChicken Nuggets and two Fruit Shoots, no fries because I am lactose intolerant) and paid for it so that I could get a separate receipt and claim it on my company expenses. Then I ordered my friends food and was told that they didn't do vegan big Mac's. Naturally I was disappointed but I asked them to do their best and in the end we made a compromise where they sold me a big mac without the meat and he could put the chips where the meat was but I feel that he wasn't very pleased with it and he was in quite a bad mood by the time he'd finished watching me eat my food and drink my drinks. To make it worse I was told that the mcflurry and apple pie aren't vegan either so he was very hungry after.

I use this particular restaurant regularly and it has a choice of car parks but the McDonalds itself only has two disabled spaces however I've never had a problem getting in or finding something close enough to the door. The biggest thing with this particular McDonald's is cleanliness which is exceptional. The staff at the front of house do a brilliant job and you can regularly see them deep cleaning things like table legs furniture and not just doing the tables as you would expect. The stuff behind the counter are really nice and friendly and in my case most of them though what it is I'm after well before I order it lol. I get a warm welcome every time I visit and if there was one thing to complain about that would be that the disabled toilet it's quite difficult to operate in terms of the door. I don't think I've been into a McDonald's yet that doesn't have this problem though and they need to solve it Nationwide not just here in Mansfield. That is that the door lock although simple doesn't really seem to work very well and you have to jiggle the door to make it lock and even then you're not sure if somebody could just pull the door open other than that it is fantastic and I don't forgot to put in many places but this is one that I use maybe once a week for a breakfast treat.
