Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mansfield

I received a call from the delivery driver explaining that they've given my order, which contained all my information, name, address etc. to another customer. They asked if I was willing to take their order as a substitute for my order I placed however I explained that I ordered a vegan pizza with vegan cheese and it would not be eaten here. The driver then asked if I wanted to take the incorrect order while I waited for my order as compensation for the wasted time. I said yes and explained to the driver at the door that I wanted my correct order. I was given the other customers order which included his full name, address and phone number too. 45 minutes went by and I received my vegan pizza with no sides, just the pizza on its own. I decided to call the store asking for a full refund as the food was cold and I was tired of receiving the incorrect order. I was told by the manager, 'Si', that I could not get a full refund and I could only have a refund for the garlic dough bites. I declined his offer, as it did not compensate for the time wasted, the missing items and the cold pizza, I told the manager that I would leave a bad review as I was extremely disappointed. Ordered food via telephone, they asked how we wanted to pay, I told them via card. They said they would bring the card machine. When the food arrived the delivery driver had not brought the cars reader. He stood at the door with our food out in the freezing cold wondering what to do because we had no cash to pay. He went back to the car and phoned his manager. A few mins later he said can you pay over the phone. My wife took the phone calm and was trying to pay over the phone however the managers English was not good and was entering all the wrong numbers it wasn't until a woman took over the phone call and finally entered the right numbers. the restaurant informed me (through track my pizza) that my pizza was cooked and out for delivery an HOUR before it showed up. After 20 minutes watching the “enjoy” button with no driver in sight I phoned up to explain that it hadn’t shown only to be interrupted in my explanation that it was about to leave the restaurant and would be another 15 minutes. He said some bull excuse about their system being broken (regarding the false delivery information), not actually apologising for the confusion however this has happened to me several times before and I believe they are just checking delivery stages so they can meet company wide quotas and not actually trying deliver on time.
