Wheatsheaf — Restaurant in Mansfield

This is a a absolute gem of a pub that has just lovely atmosphere,where the customers are welcoming & chat to others & there no drama or trouble ever in there it's a lovely venue,& the staff have good banter & good manners & provide a good service. The latest landlord is doing a fantastic job of making sure he puts entertainment on in some evenings & the acts/singers are brilliant. The pub is in easy access to the bus & train station. It also has a good access for getting my grandad (whoose nearly 92)in & out the pub while in the wheelchair. Good selection of drinks,& the toilets are clean (there not like some pubs where you have to try & hold your breath because of the smell, & you have your feet on the way out...erghhh) . Cant fault the place. Perfect place to have a pint while you let your mrs walk around & spend your money lol in the big "B&M" store straight...

My aunty works here so I can't really comment on her service as it would be biased 🤣 If that's the right word anyway 🤦🤣 However I can honestly say all the other members of staff are also has great with there service as she is. The landlord puts in long hours but is still great company with all. Beer is cheap too 👍 they also have a free jukebox one day a week and entertainment on a Sunday I believe. Quiz and card bingo that sort of thing. Highly recommended. It has really improved over the years and you are likely to see me in there. A handsome young chap with great chat and a shining...

absolutely amazing place to have a party. they made everything amazing.... they went above and beyond to make everything perfect. family friendly place, The kids loved it. amazing staff, amazing owners. couldn't of asked for a more perfect night. Thank you for making it a night...
