Domino's Pizza - Birmingham - Sheldon — Restaurant in Metropolitan Borough of Solihull

We have ordered from here a few times. However the delivery times seem to take longer and longer. Today we rang them up to find out where our delivery was as the App said it was 5 mins away for the last 20 mins. The Food turned up cold and was sent back. Out of the last 5 deliveries this was the 2nd cold one. They seem to have one driver who goes to opposite areas of their delivery plot. He probably drove past the store after his first deliveries to get to ours. A few times the App has said delivered but the items haven't turned up until after it says delivered. The store is so blasé with their responses when we rang up They have called us after not being able to find our address even though the postcode is given. we have had a delivery turn up and when we answered the door the delivery guy was walking away as it wasn't for us We have had only part of our order delivered Sorry, but if you want to run your business on a shoestring we will go to Pappa Johns a few doors down. After all why should a 2 mile journey for their product take over 30 minutes and that is after the 15 minutes cooking and prep time. Ordered pizza, driver come to our building but looked lost, so I ended up asking him if the pizza was for me and said my name he said no, so I just assumed someone else in our building must have ordered a dominos.

The driver ended up leaving and on the app it said my pizza was delivered, so rang the restaurant and they said he was there but he has left now, so they said he will be back asap.

The driver come back to our building and turns out it was the driver I had previously spoken to asking if it was the pizza for me.

I ordered the pizza at 11 and didn’t get it till 12 which meant it was cold and dry all because the driver for some reason caused an issue that didn’t need to happen.

I arrived in store 18:45 and placed my order of 2 large pizzas for collection on my app at it was cheaper and ask for my order to be ready for collection at 19:15 not 7pm as I had to collect orders from another restaurant for the rest of my family. I arrived back to collect my order at 19:20 and on arrival I asked if my order of 2 pizzas were ready and they said we are so sorry that 1 of my pizzas were not ready and when I asked why they said it must have gone out with another order and said sir just give me 5 mins to prepare a replacement pizza.
