UPDATE 26/9/23 1st time using this RIP OFF place since the last encounter ? Ordered bacon baguette and had a cold drink ? They tried to charge me £6.30 for a meal deal ? When questioning the cost the server told me cold drinks ARE NOT INCLUDED IN A MEAL DEAL ? Unless you’re having cold food ? Breakfast meal deal is for hot drinks only ???? Not even orange juice is included ? So left went to hobs moat had the same products and charged less than £4 ?? Be carful when using this RIP off Franchise as there are no signs advising this ?? And they charge service station prices £2.30 for a cold drink sold at £1.75 at a high st store ? That’s not operating costs ? Just a RIP OFF ? will never use this store again 👎

Very slow service ? And NO discount when you bring your own cup ? Was advised because it’s not a Greggs reusable cup ? and they are a franchise ?? Just goes to show it’s about PROFIT AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF !!! 2 miles down the road I get a discount for using my own non Greggs cup ? So which is it the cup or the franchise ?? Won’t be using this Rip off shop again. Nice to see Greggs encouraging recycling and cutting waste across the business ?...

Watched a member of staff stop a man from stealing, the guy had tried everything to distract them, asking repeatedly for sugar, making a nuisance of himself trying to buy time whilst he found ways to get them looking the other way, as he strolled out he ran out of talent and resorted to picking up several multi pack items I believe 4 sausage rolls and tried to stroll out the door with them. Watching the staff recover the items with no drama and such good manors was priceless, I'd only popped in for a sandwich and it was a great friendly transaction. Terrible manager, mos was serving on the till and must have made an error, the manager comes along and berates the mos, then shoves herself infronta the till forcing the mos aside then when the transaction was complete the manager continued to berate and belittle the mos. I think the managers name is Darla and she has no people skills in regards to her staff. She should be cleaning bins,...
