The Arden Hotel was clearly sign posted which made locating the Burgundy Restaurant within the Arden Hotel and Leisure Club nice and easy. Plenty of parking spaces, free for customers using the restaurant by validating the parking ticket at reception on the way out.
The staff were all very welcoming, smartly presented and professional. Me and my friend went there for an afternoon tea experience which was given as a birthday gift. On our way into the restaurant we were greeted by Jane, who effortlessly catered to our every need, offering to take pictures of the both of us with our tea, clotted cream and scones, delicious selection of sandwiches and cakes. We both enjoyed all aspects of the visit, Janes added personal touches made it that little bit more special.

The menu is fairly interesting and will suit most people, but what makes this special are the staff - Olivia and Izzie are extremely good at their job and bubbly.
The staff are on the ball regarding allergies and came back with what my wife could have with her Soya allergy, with Pasta and salmon fillet for mains, whilst I had the hot smoked salmon to start and steak as a main. The food was tasty and well cooked.
