Service and atmosphere were extremely disappointing. I went out with 4 friends, and the experience was a mess from start to finish. Two of my friends never received their meals until we had to ask for an update, only to see their food just sitting on the heating station. Not a single apology was offered.

One of my friends ordered a grilled chicken wrap, but what she got was a wrap filled with just coleslaw—no chicken at all. When they finally brought the chicken out, it was cold. As for myself, I ordered a chocolate cake for dessert, but it never arrived until I had to chase it up with the server.

The service overall was appalling: our starter plates were still on the table when our main meals were brought out, and no one bothered to check on us at any point. The staff seemed far too busy flirting with each other rather than actually paying attention to customers, which was infuriating given the issues we experienced. To make matters worse, we witnessed four other people complain about their food in the span of a minute.

Huge thank you to Tien and Rani for providing such great service and the extra care given towards my partners bday, it was really lovely. Food was hot and cooked well, the tender stem broccoli was a bit too al dente for my liking but overall a really good experience. Great atmosphere with the music and nice vista over the lake to look out to as we had a table by the window. The staff were keeping on top of cleanliness despite it being busy which was really good. The only area to improve would be, we weren’t really greeted into the restaurant on arrival, just suddenly told to follow someone to a table, without asking how many of us there was or anything, that could be improved upon. Nandos menu is basically two things: either you have chicken with spices or spices with chicken. They do have quite a few decent vegetarian options (the halloumi sticks with a dip was not bad) but most people turn up for the chicken (and it was busy, even for a day in the middle of the week). You either love it or just like it and I only just like it; the chicken was well made but I not a spices fan and that can leave you with limited options. My friends, however, loves spices and would give this place 5 stars all day long.

The restaurant itself looks nice and is very clean. The staff were helpful (we didn't like the first table we were offered and they offer another choice without any fuss) and kept on top of clearing empty tables. I would recommend Nandos to others and I will go back myself but not a...
