Not a fan of writing negative reviews but given all the positive ones I read prior to our visit, I feel as if our experience was completely different. It was empty apart from another table. The music was so loud we couldn’t talk. It just wasn’t a very nice vibe at all in there. My son said the music was identical to the playlist they play at his gym.. What really let it down was our waitress. She gave the impression that she would rather die than be in there. For a place that’s got exciting wing options, you’d expect someone to come over and enthusiastically tell you about the selection and menu but she did not say a word. Food took 40 mins to arrive which is a lot for a fast food restaurant that’s empty. The food itself wasn’t bad as such but it really wasn’t anything special. All in all it was a super flat experience which is a shame as we came for my son’s birthday before cinema. I’m hoping maybe it was an off night but I probably won’t be back.Tipped the waitress and she just gave us a blank stare. The service staff plays a large role in your experience. Now I am most certainly not in to sport. However my partner breathes for all sport. Which means he was quiet! No moaning like usual! He spent most of his time distracted by several of the 15 screens. Planning to return tomorrow with his friend for football! Definitely for the sport fan here but they said they can put anything on!

Staff all fantastic couldn’t have enough for us. Clean super tidy, proactive. I’m incredibly OCD and nothing made me get my panic. No chipped plates I watched All surfaces wiped multiple times. It was busy but it wasn’t too much for the staff. Manager was friendly, kind and professional. Again proactive. Obviously trained his staff well with his hands on approach. Well stocked bar. I was pleasantly surprised by our visit! We ordered the smash burger, potato chips, grilled wings, and the chicken wrap. The smash burger was delicious, and the grilled wings had great flavor—definitely highlights. The potato chips were crispy and well-seasoned, too.

That said, I’d skip the chicken wrap next time—it was a bit bland and lacked the punch of the other dishes. The atmosphere was relaxed during the day (which we appreciated), though the music was a little loud for our liking, especially with a baby in tow. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of most dishes made it worthwhile.
