All Bar One Milton Keynes — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

When you enter ,it states please wait to be seated ,so we waited and waited the staff member behind the bar ,made no eye contact .Still waiting over 5 mins I took a menu off another table to read while I stood at the door ,in the end i found a table myself and asked the staff member was it OK to sit here she replied yeah ... I ordered our lunch and asked do I pay now or after my meal Shuggs her shoulders ! We ordered fish snd chips and Paella which was very good,the Paella was quite juicy so I asked if we could have some bread,staff said "we Don't sell bread" I kindly asked her you serve flatbreads and pittas with the small plates can i have one of those, I'm happy to pay ,she replied "you can only buy the whole small plate ,She was so Obtrusive she should not be front of house. I walked away Fuming with her manner as my meal was getting cold,I think a manager asked her what I was asking for ,she then called across the bar to say JUST PUT IT THROUGH AS TOAST so a cold piece of bread and butter was brought to my table for another £1.50 While we finished our drinks another staff member came in dropped her bags behind the bar, five mins later Stood at the front door Smoking or vaping not a good advert for...

I ordered a Chicken pad Thai, And it comes without chicken. The dish looks good, but the broccoli and Choi are Completely raw. So I asked the guy at the counter that I don’t have chicken on my dish and he said, you have to pay extra for it, So I did and finally at the end of my meal, the chicken Has arrived woo ha… While I’m trying to enjoy the rest of my meal all of a sudden one of the supervisors has got a plunger on his hand. He just done some work on the bathroom, which is okay, but what I find disgusting is that the plunger dripping water and he is catching it with his left hand while walking out off the bathroom toward the kitchen. Then straight after that less than a 20 sec, the same guy has a pen and paper on his hand and went interviewing a new member of staff. Mate you should clean your hands, and do me a favour put your shirt inside your trouser! finally, at the end, I went to double check with lady manager who was behind the bar as I was curious to know if the broccoli and Choi can be eaten raw, surprisingly, the answer was yes which I didn’t know before and I spent years and years cooking...

I've never left a review before, so this goes to show how bad this was. I don't think I've ever had anyone be so rude to me. We went in to simply have a drink, my partner and I both ordered, and I changed my mind before the lady behind the bar put the order through the till, she also acknowledged my change in order. She then gave me the original order so I said sorry I did ask for the other drink could you change this please. Then WOW never before has anyone been so rude and given such a poor service. The lady started having a go at me telling me I was wrong, when she even acknowledged the change in drink before putting it through. She angrily said that she would have to pay for the drink that she mistakingly served. That's not the customers fault but her own. We had to get the manager involved, I don't think we will be visiting here anytime soon and I'm sure this lady should think of a change in role, 100% she should not be working in a customer...
