Myself and my wife and our two little children was attending my sister wedding in Milton Keynes so we decided to book easy hotel the prices was showing as cheap online and plus it was in the centre of Milton keynes, which was very convenient for our journey and stay. All the staff was very helpful especially Gareth and another Lady at the reception who was there when we first arrived but we didn't manage to get what her name was. The room we stayed in was a double room, because they had no family rooms available. There was no YouTube and Netflix on the TV. there was no toilet brush and iron in our room so we had to borrow them from the reception down stairs, i did asks the staff why these items are not already in the rooms and they kindly explaind the reason. there was no table and chairs so if you wanted to sit down you only had two options the bed or the floor. So we ordered take away and ate on the floor because we didn't want to get food on the bed where were all going to sleep on. There was also no kettle and microwave in the room so couldn't warm up anything, they did have a coffee machine in the reception area downstairs where we had to go a few times, to get hot water to make porridge for our...
Read moreA perfect place to rest your head for a quick stopover in Milton Keynes. Don’t expect too much from the rooms, they are reflective of the low prices. They lack any bells and whistles such as tea/coffee making, desk, chairs, wardrobe, etc. However, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean, so we were very content. The customer service on check in and check out was excellent. We were checked in by Gareth who was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We also received complimentary late check out, which was very much appreciated… would have been even more so if we’d had facilities to make a cup of tea in the morning. Location was good, took about 10 minutes to walk to city centre. Seemed quite close by to everything. We went to the theatre which probably 15-20 minutes walk. The hotel doesn’t have a car park however we managed to get parked on a road outside with really reasonable on-street parking rates. Overall really good value for money and a...
Read moreI will not stay here again. I have emailed management (Gian Carlo). It has now been 5 working days and no response.
Postives: On arrival we were greeted by Triveni, who was very pleasant and helpful. Triveni offered us an upgraded room. Hotel is clean also. Location is near shopping centers but hotel parking is pay and display.
Negatives: There is not a single shelf or table in the room to place my items on. There is certainly space for one though. This meant I was constantly packing things back into my suitcase and unpacking them every day. The pillows are really flat. They are so flat, it felt like I had no pillow at all. Each time I walked past reception with the intention to ask for extra pillows, there was no one there to assist! The mattress is so hard. I understand a mattress is a personal preference, but laying on my side felt like laying on a hard floor. There was a party happening in the room next door to us in the night, which was...
