If the food was passable, then perhaps you could have room to excuse the uncouth demeanor of the female owner that should have been more welcoming. The food was vile at best. It took an eternity to be served and there was enough oil overflowing on the stew to supply the Dangote refinery for a few years. THIS SO-CALLED RESTAURANT IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY SINCE THE HS2 FAST RAIL NETWORK. Avoid this restaurant at all costs, even if you have to move from Milton Keynes. CAN'T COOK, COOKED AND NOW NO SANE REPEAT CUSTOMERS. A bottle of Malta drink sells for £4 and a baby sized portion of Suya £12. A plate of pounded yam and vegetable soup is £17!!? Whilst the prices are some of the most expensive bar those of Central London restaurants, you would not mind paying if the quality was good and the atmosphere was slightly better than the aftermath of an uncoordinated riot. The only bright side was the very polite service girl. Adlib: In response to the reply of the ill-mannered and discourteous "owner" of the "Dinarrhea" below, I would like to add all three of us did not finish the vomit we were served and my two friends only ate the food because they took into consideration I had forked out £50 for potato peels. And my praise was for the young service lady who has the misfortune of working for an oafish boss and not for your...

I’d been meaning to try Aradela as Nigerian restaurants are rare/non-existent in MK so this was definitely a must try.

I booked for a group of 8 of us (6 adults (5 meat eaters and 1 pescatarian) and 2 children to celebrate a birthday for a Sunday afternoon lunch.

The menu had a good choice of dishes, I would say they were largely meat dishes. Our party ordered a platter, jollof rice and chicken/turkey, moi moi. Amaka kindly guided us to which ones were pescatarian appropriate. I ordered the beans and plantains but I’d love to see some veg mains in the future.

The food was lovely, flavoursome and good portions. Everyone was really happy with their meals.

The service was fantastic. Shout out to Ade who was all round great. He didn’t shy away from conversation with the adults - engaging with my dad and his tales. And the hidden butterflies provided great entertainment to the kids.

All in all a great lunch, I would’ve shared more pictures but we ate the food too quickly! Heres a pic of the peppered goat soup.

Looking forward to...

A few days ago 28th to be exact, I ordered pepper soup with mixed meat, and it was probably one of the worst I’ve ever tasted. It just felt like a bland mix of ginger, pepper, and water. To make matters worse, one of the bottom of the soup had a residue of what seemed like an overload of mixed spices. It was either undercooked or simply a result of a poor effort by the chef that day. It was a complete waste of money. I thought I’d give it a try. The owner needs to pay attention to consistency in food being served. You just can't serve something like that and take money. We planned to return it physically but we couldn't be bothered with the drive again. Very...

Visited recently for lunch. I must say their Jollof rice was one of the tastiest jollof rices I have ever tasted…my goodness. I was alone in the restaurant, I needed to clear my head and the atmosphere was calm, the decor excellent. The food was yummy including the Turkey wings. The only thing was the waiter didn’t offer me a drink until I asked for it after 10 minutes of waiting. Other than that he was respectful and pleasant. I have already told two of my friends and will definitely be going back for that Jollof.

Today we went to this restaurant for the first time and were so impressed with the food, specially the Jollof rice with fried chicken and plantains. OMG, the plantains were perfectly fried, crispy and out of this world! We also tried their banana bread which was so yum. It’s in their appetizer section! The owners who run this place are very sweet and friendly! Definitely recommend this restaurant!
