I called at the store after visiting another outlet. On seeing a queue inside I decided to wait. At this point I received a call. However, a member of staff came out and decided to shout over me to one of his friends who was at the next table. Completely rude behaviour.
By the time my call finished there was no one waiting or sitting inside. I walked up to the screen at the till wearing a face mask and having sanitised my hands. As there were a few people in front of me my daughter would have probably wet herself by the time we got served so decided to leave. We then used another chain of Coffee shop nearby who were a lot more welcoming and understanding. So Sean if you’re reading this and haven’t already, please don’t have kids. I don’t think you’ll be cut out for it. Would I return? No I wouldn’t. Plenty of other Coffee...
