What absolute awful service and standard set on my last visit on Friday 26th July last. First of all the restaurant was empty (given what was about to come I am not surprised) the a girl who looked like she could hardly speak English or was reluctant to do so used no please thank you or any courtesy whatsoever took my order with basic conversation and no thank you whatsoever. The rest of the staff just stood staring like I had turned up after hours and was looking for a banquet to be served. Next the young lad who placed my order on a tray just called out my number handed me the meal with again no please thank you enjoy your meal nothing. The food itself was very bland and while I was trying to eat it a girl was brushing round me and the table not uttering a word not even excuse me can I clean. I think management need to have a few lessons in courtesy manners and customer care as clearly all their customers are going to McDonalds across the road as indeed so will I next time. Well the above was a year ago. I hoped that overall things would improve. They haven’t. First thing I noticed on my return today was that the dining area had one person waiting and nobody at the drive-in window which alerts there is a problem. Directly opposite is McDonald’s that is heaving on the inside queues for the drive through and the car park so full some drivers weee parked in BK car park and walking across. In the meantime I get served by a sullen teenager with no politeness or manners. My food was served with no ceremony of thank you - enjoy your meal - nothing. I sat myself down to commence the most bland tasteless burger I have had for over a year. The only saving grace was that the chips were hot. Someone who I assume was management was shouting at a fellow worker in a language I didn’t recognise while a highly defective air conditioning system was screaming and clanking above some bland music. Another couple did arrive while I was finishing but the whole atmosphere was very very poor uninviting and wholly unenjoyable. I don’t think I will bother...

On the midnight of August 31, 2024, I found myself craving a bite and decided to visit the Burger King branch at Eldergate, H5, Portway, Milton Keynes. As I stepped in, I noticed the epos tills were out of order—a minor hiccup in an otherwise smooth operation. However, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a memorable one, thanks to the exceptional hospitality I received.
The gentleman at the till, undeterred by the technical glitch, immediately offered to take my order personally. His calm demeanor and confidence were striking, a true testament to his dedication. In that moment, it wasn’t just about placing an order; it was about the connection he made with me as a customer. His professionalism and warmth were so profound that I believe even the CEO would be proud to witness such exemplary service.
When my food arrived, it was timely and delicious, exactly what I had hoped for. After finishing my meal, my craving for something sweet led me back to the till. Despite the late hour, he cheerfully provided me with all the dessert options available, ensuring my experience ended on a sweet note.
In a world where efficiency often overshadows personal touch, this encounter reminded me of the importance of genuine hospitality. It’s a lesson that every food giant should take to heart—customer service is not just about the product, but about the experience and care that...

Dear Burger King Customer Service,
I would like to share my recent experience at one of your locations, which unfortunately fell short of expectations.
Firstly, ordering from the kiosk was not self-explanatory, and when making the final payment, our order was incorrect twice — missing both the 6 chicken nuggets and a Whopper from the meal deal.
Additionally, the toilets were not clean. When I visited, there were visible leftovers from a previous user, indicating that no regular checks or cleaning had been carried out. This was disappointing and unhygienic.
To add to the frustration, I noticed that two customers seated next to us also had issues with their orders, which suggests that the problems may be widespread at this location.
This was particularly disheartening because I have visited the Manchester Burger King in the past and found the service there to be fantastic. Unfortunately, this recent visit was the opposite.
I hope management can take this feedback seriously and make improvements in both order accuracy and cleanliness to ensure a better...
