McDonald's — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Well on my first visit yesterday morning was eventful. I ordered my family's brkfast 1 dbl sausage and egg mcmufin meal orange juice. 1 dbl sausage and egg no cheese mc muffin meal hot choc. 1 dbl sausage muffin no egg no cheese as grandson has allergies and fruit shoot. And was ordered to first window and my food was read back to me as above but with a bacon breakfast meal instead of my grandsons meal,so had to go through it again at first window holding up the question,paid and then went to 2nd window where I was given my drinks and the lad ask who I didn't see shall I park this one up he didn't get a reply and he asked again and still he got no reply and I just sat waiting so once food was received went home on giving out the three meals I found another dbl sausage and egg no cheese muffin what I hadn't ordered but checked my receipt ide been charged for it so that was that.

Then today's visit I thought ide better go inside and order the meals so here is what was ordered today at the counter so no messups today 1 dbl sausage muffin no egg no cheese meal with fruit shoot 1 dble sausage muffin no egg no cheese meal with coke 1 dbl sausage and cheese no egg muffin meal with coke 1 dble sausage and egg mc muffin meal with orange juice 1 dbl sausage and egg mc muffin meal no cheese hot chocolate Picked up my food went home and food was distributed where I found one of the dbl sausage no egg no cheese had a single sausage meat in it. So it seems no mater if you use the drive through or you walk in and order at the counter the food still can't be got right so now after many years of using McDonald's with my grandkids it's time to give burger king our custom Look forward to your...

Arrived in the early hrs of Saturday morning (11/10/25) after being stuck on a rail replacement bus 2.5hrs. The dining area was an absolute mess, rubbish on every table but no customers other than us and two other ladies who said they had to come in as the drive thru was closed. There were two people behind the counter and it took forever for our food which was cold, my partner and dad were so hungry they just ate theirs but I took one bite of my burger and went to the counter to ask for another. It was filthy behind there food on the floor, stuff all over the sides and it didn't look like it had been cleaned all day! I wish I had taken pictures but my phone had died on the bus! I wouldn't have eaten there had id know how gross it was 🤢 When the guy finally noticed I was there he went to the lady in the kitchen and I could hear them arguing about him not doing his job properly but I got a new burger. While eating another lady appeared and again there was arguing between her and the guy on the counter about his competence. I worked in a McDonald's 20 something years ago and we would spend the Nightshift deep cleaning the store so with it being that quiet I would have expected there to be cleaning happening but there seemed to be very few staff members there and they definitely...

Ordered breakfast on the app which is supposed to be easier for both us and the restaurant… got to the drive through and sat at the machine for 6 minutes waiting for them to take our order. By the time we got to the front and managed to give them the code it was 10:59am so was close to becoming lunch. Waiting 10 minutes in the queue to be told to go park at the end window as food wasn’t ready. Then sat there for another 10 minutes with nobody telling us what was going on. Had to get out the car and walk up to the previous window to ask what’s happening to which I was told they were still making the food. Went back and sat in the car for a further 7 minutes before having to knock on the window for someone’s attention. Asked what’s happening again and was told it’s because they turned the fryers off for breakfast so they have to start them back up. Asked for the rest of our food while we wait for the hash browns as it was sat on the side going cold. Finally got the last two hash browns a few minutes later. WORST MCDONALDS IN MILTON KEYNES.
